Professional Summary

Lorenc started coaching from the age of 17 and never looked back. He comes with an outstanding CV. Having built up his own club since he was 21 as well as working as a scout for Watford FC academy and having a number of players getting signed. He would go onto becoming head of coaching at MLFC to over 30 teams. Lorenc splits his time between coaching, scouting independently for top academies and watching his beloved LFC. A firm believer in pure and simple football, he builds the teams to work hard, move the ball quickly and ply with freedom to express themselves in the final third.

  • RMG Soccer Academy: Coach at RMG Soccer Academy, playing a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of players (2023 – Present)
    • Foster discipline, teamwork, and technical skills among players, ensuring they develop both on and off the field

    • Mentor young athletes, providing guidance and support to help them realize their full potential

PLAYING EXPERIENCE

  • Street Soccer: Played on the dusty streets of his hometown in Zambia, developing skills through rich, hands-on experience (1995-2005)
  • Youth Leagues: Participated in local youth leagues in Zambia, honing his technical proficiency and teamwork skills (2000-2005)
